Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SDKSpark (sdkspark.52xiafeng.top), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SDKSpark generates software development kit (SDK) code from user-uploaded OpenAPI specifications using AI. Generated code is provided "as-is" and should be reviewed before use in production.

3. Payment

• Price: $5 USD per SDK generation (one-time payment).
• Payments are processed securely by Creem.
• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not offered.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must own or have the right to use any OpenAPI spec you upload.
• You may not use SDKSpark to generate code for illegal purposes.
• Generated SDK code may be used in commercial projects.

5. Limitation of Liability

SDKSpark is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the generated SDK code. Always review generated code before deployment.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your uploaded OpenAPI spec and the generated SDK code. SDKSpark does not claim any intellectual property rights over the generated output.
